With more than 50 years of experience in land, timber, development, property management and agricultural real estate, Chris helps landowners and investors identify risks, uncover opportunities, and maximize the long-term potential of their properties. His career has been built on solving complex land challenges and creating practical, profitable solutions.

Chris’s background extends far beyond traditional brokerage. He has worked on large-scale land management with Investment Syndicates, Inc. in Seattle, as well as entitlement, conservation, development, and resource planning projects throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest. His major timberland transaction experience includes Plum Creek, McFarland/Cascade, Green Crow and Western Pacific Timber. Chris also has extensive experience managing resort development projects like Bear Mountain Ranch, agricultural properties, apple/cherry orchards, conservation initiatives, and investment land sales involving thousands of acres.

Known for his ability to identify issues early, Chris helps investors navigate the challenges that often determine a project’s success or failure including zoning, access, water rights, environmental constraints, development feasibility, government regulations, and neighboring property impacts. His decades of experience working with local governments, developers, conservation groups, engineers, and landowners provide investors with valuable insight and access to an extensive network of industry relationships.
